Netball
This term our focus for P.E (physical education) is invasive games. O'Neill class are very excited about starting netball next week and we are very lucky to have our own coach for the next 4 weeks. Thanks #SportAuckland. Our lessons will run on a Monday: 9.30am - 10.10am.
Hockey
Every Tuesday morning we will walk next door (Waikowhai Intermediate) to learn new hockey skills with coach Barry. These lessons will run Tuesday: 9.00am- 9-40am. So we need to make sure we arrive at school on time.
Parents and families are more than welcome to come along and watch us learn some fundamental skills that we can use in these sports.

ReplyDeleteWe are so proud that you get to use the hockey turf at Waikowhai Intermediate school. Hockey is one of my favourite sports. it can be quite a fast game. What is the part you enjoy the most?
